Hello and welcome to Mystaelya, a magical world where poetry and nature, fantasy and magic, and handmade creations meet. ♥

I am Saya, a self-taught French artist, illustrator, and designer. I've always loved exploring new ways to bring my ideas to life: illustration, character design, crochet, felt, jewelry, and art doll making.

Through my creations, my deepest wish is to convey emotions, inspire dreams, and offer a small magical interlude in everyone's daily life.

For me, creating is not just about making an object: it's about telling a story, giving birth to a character, and creating a bond between a work and the person who will welcome it.

⭐ The birth of Mystaelya

As far back as I can remember, I have always loved drawing, imagining worlds, and inventing characters.

Almost fifteen years ago, I discovered the magic of bringing handmade creations to life. It all started with drawing and crochet, a passion passed down from my mother, which quickly became a natural fit. Since that day, I have never stopped creating and exploring new techniques.

Passionate about fantasy, manga, and video games, I first created around the universes that inspired me, before gradually developing my own worlds, filled with creatures, stories, and emotions.

This is how Mystaelya was born: a comforting fantasy universe where nature, magic, and Asian folklore meet, and where each inhabitant has their own story.

⭐ Creating with heart

Each Mystaelya creation is handmade with patience and care.

Whether it's an illustration, a plush toy, an art doll, or an inhabitant coming to join your home, each piece is conceived as a small piece of the universe.

I like to imagine characters who convey something: an emotion, a memory, a message, or simply a smile.

Because beyond the object, I hope to create companions that will accompany you, amaze you, and bring a little softness to your daily life.

⭐ My journey

For many years, creation was a passion that I pursued alongside my professional life.

In 2018, I had the opportunity to participate in an international competition organized by South Korea with my stop-motion short film " Falling in Love ", created using several techniques: illustration, crochet, felt, and sculpture. This creation, carrying a message of peace and hope, won first prize in the competition and was exhibited in Korea, Indonesia, and Egypt.

This experience was a true recognition of my creative journey and encouraged me to continue down this path.

After health problems that profoundly changed my life, I decided to fully turn to what has always driven me: creation.

Today, Mystaelya is my dream come true: a universe that I am building little by little, and which will grow thanks to the people who choose to enter it.
